Any individual or entity making promises, collecting fees, or offering services under false pretences—without official NEXGEN authorization—will be subject to legal investigation and prosecution.

All violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
This includes, but is not limited to, criminal and civil liability for damages, infringement, fraud, and impersonation.

We do not engage in, support, or operate through any:

• Pyramid schemes

• Fraudulent money loops

• Embezzlement or unauthorized financial activity

Our exclusive corporate services and all business expansion projects are strictly governed by legal frameworks, ethical financial planning, and professional accountability.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All businesses, brands, or commercial clients requesting startup assistance, business expansion strategy, proposal development, or investment capital preparation must pay in full upfront.

We do not accept “back-end” payments after clients receive their investment capital, nor do we operate under “get-funded-first, pay-later” arrangements.

No service, proposal, pitch deck, or funding preparation package will be delivered until the payment balance is $0.00.

In select cases, a formal payment plan may be approved only at the discretion of the Executive Directors and the Corresponding Business Development Department. If approved:

• A written agreement must be signed by all parties

• Strict deadlines and terms will apply

• The full balance must be cleared before project files, consultations, or deliverables are released
